Ann Austin is a Houston, Texas native who moved to Fort Worth for a Judicial Clerkship and remained in North Texas to practice law.  Ann has experience defending complex civil litigation in the areas of products liability, premises liability, construction defects and design defects, commercial trucking litigation, mold litigation, general negligence matters and wrongful death/survival actions.  She has experience in litigation management of toxic tort cases across the country, and in litigation auditing.  Ann has utilized her strengths of strategic analysis and troubleshooting to obtain numerous advantageous settlements in matters with large exposure, as well as authoring numerous successful motions for summary judgment.  Ann puts in the time and effort to obtain beneficial results for the firm's clients.  Contact Ann at aa@coxtriallaw.com.
